Broad Arrow Secures Bugatti Mistral for The Quail Auction
The 2025 Bugatti W16 Mistral leads a lineup of hypercars for the official sale during Monterey Car Week in August.
Broad Arrow has announced the acquisition of a 2025 Bugatti W16 Mistral finished in Matt Argent/Black Carbon for its official auction of The Quail by The Peninsula, A Motorsports Gathering. The sale will take place on August 13 and 14 at The Quail Golf Club in Carmel, California, during Monterey Car Week.
The Bugatti represents the centerpiece of what the auction house describes as an extreme modern hypercar selection. Alongside the Mistral, the sale will feature a 2011 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport, a 2023 Hennessey Venom F5 Revolution, a 2023 Hennessey Venom F5 Roadster, a 2017 Ferrari F12tdf, and a 2019 McLaren Senna. These vehicles represent performance benchmarks within their respective production eras, with the Veyron and Mistral bookending nearly a decade and a half of hypercar development.
The two-day sale will present approximately 200 collector cars in total. Broad Arrow's August event has become established within the calendar of Monterey Car Week, which draws collectors, enthusiasts, and international bidders seeking significant examples of automotive engineering.
The complete digital catalog is forthcoming, with additional information available through Broad Arrow's website. The sale underscores continued collector demand for extreme performance vehicles, particularly limited-production hypercars that represent technological milestones in automotive manufacturing.
Broad Arrow's positioning as the official auction house for The Quail reflects the growing appetite among institutions to align high-value sales with established automotive gatherings, where provenance, condition documentation, and vehicle history command particular scrutiny.
